Am 8. Juli 2025 hat die Europäische Kommission eine öffentliche Konsultation zum 28. Rechtsrahmen gestartet: 28th regime – a single harmonized set of rules for innovative companies throughout the EU.
Mit dem 28. Rechtsrahmen sollen harmonisierte Regelungen geschaffen werden, um die digitale Gründung von Unternehmen und ihre Tätigkeit im gesamten Binnenmarkt zu erleichtern (s. dazu bereits ECCML Blog vom 22. Mai 2025). Die Konsultation läuft bis zum 30. September 2025.
Rückmeldungen eines breiten und vielfältigen Spektrums von Unternehmen, Investoren, Juristen, Behörden, Wissenschaftler etc. sind wichtig, um sicherzustellen, dass der 28. Rechtsrahmen in der Praxis funktioniert und einen echten Mehrwert für Unternehmen und Binnenmarkt bedeutet. Alle Interessierten sind daher aufgerufen, diese Gelegenheit zur Mitsprache zu nutzen!

The 28th regime will provide for common rules to facilitate the digital setup of businesses and their operations across the single market (see on this initiative already the ECCML blog of 22 May 2025). The consultation is open until 30 September 2025.
Feedback from a broad and diverse range of contributors (companies, investors, legal professionals, authorities, academics, etc.) will be important to ensure that the 28th regime will work effectively in practice and generate real added value for companies and the internal market. So have your say!
